ata3: SRST failed (errno=-16)

Hello people i'm a new user...
today i try to start my os, kubuntu, but it dosen't work...
grub doesn't start and when i try to reinstall linux it show this message: ata3:SRST failed (errno=-16).
my HD is a sata HD by maxtron 500Gb and i've dual boot linux and vista...
All doesn't work...
anyone can help my??

thanks but i can't start kubuntu livecd...
only busybox start...

any idea
