No title bars in KDE 4.2

Hi guys,

I've upgraded KDE to 4.2 because of some malfunctionalities in 4.1. Now windows do not have any title bars and I cannot close them even with Alt+F4.

How can I enable them? (I suspect the upgrade, that it uninstalled the package "windows-title-bar")

I have 8.10 and no compiz.
