kubuntu 8.10 obstacles

Hi guys, please help.

Once I had Ubuntu 8.04 and I used bluetooth EPOX without problems. I installed Kubuntu 8.10 and I dont know how to send files via bluetooth (like bluetooth is not found or so).

Then I would like to have mouse actions like in windows. When I move icons, I want them to move, but after dropping an icon I have to deal with options (move or copy). I want following:
move to location: Shift + leftclick drag-and-drop
copy to location: leftclick drag-and-drop
options to choose: rightclick + drag-and-drop

Bluetooth was not included in the 8.10 distro since som pakets had not been updated to KDE4. I think howeevr that it's back in KDE 4.2. Havn't tried it but I think it will work.
