    upgrading kubuntu

    hi kubuntu enthusiasts,
    i foung kubuntu when get tired from windows.
    I like new system but still have few qquestiosn.
    i have downloaded kubuntu from site few days ago, and after install it says there are 600 with some updates.
    nu ok i started updates, they downloaded, were updating there were some erors i tries to send, but it didnt work.
    then after upgrade were finished it really didnt finish said that copy is not genuine ... ? what is that genuine ? is it like in windows ? i thougt kubuntu is free ....
    ok kubuntu at last started
    but when trying to instal it fails. then terminal window shows:

    any ideas ?
