IMPORTANT! Wubi not downloading KDE4

Hi! Trying to get folks to use Kubuntu in the office (hopefully, dump Windows). Upon trying to install Kubuntu KDE4 it fails to download the package.

I went to http://cdimage.ubuntu.org/kubuntu-kde4/ but the /daily and /daily-live repositories are empty. The /releases repository is not the latest version. It's 8.04.

Thoughts?
