apt-get ignores Translation repositories for updates

When I run apt-get update it gets to read correctly all the headers except for these four lines:

Ign http://archive.ubuntu.com intrepid-updates/main Translation-es
Ign http://archive.ubuntu.com intrepid-updates/restricted Translation-es
Ign http://archive.ubuntu.com intrepid-updates/universe Translation-es
Ign http://archive.ubuntu.com intrepid-updates/multiverse Translation-es

What does the message means? Each time I create a new user I get a warning from the light bulb icon in the bottom right of the screen saying that language setup is not complete. Since I specified Spanish in the setup, could this be related?

I should be said that everything seems to display correctly in Spanish, not 100% sure of that since I now read English and Spanish without being aware of which language it is.

This is not a problem as such. Each new user is exactly that, a "new" user. So what happened to you will happen to the others. Once this routine has been dealt with the repos in question are simply ignored.
