Netbook Install?

So here I sit with my shinny new MSI Wind. LOVE IT. But it's got XP (it could be worse...or should I say it could be Vorse?) but I'd love to have my KDE4 experience back.

Any help on installing II from a USB drive, and preferably with a Netbook remix sorta deal so the resolution is correct
