Need help on Logitech Quickcam Orbit PTZ (New dmesg info added)

Last week I got a Quickcam PTZ and it works perfect on my windows machine, but I would like to use in on this Kubuntu Intrepid one. lsusb shows it but that is all no driver available, it uses the uvc driver, can anyone help me getting this to work?? I have tried all the google stuff and nothing works for me. Also tried ubuntu and kubuntu directions and no help there. Spent about 12 hours so far and I am now asking for help that works. According to Logitech this device uses spca525
