Problem with Philips GoGear Mp3 Player

I can't seem to access my Philips GoGear, when I plug it in, nothing happens. However, my system knows it's there. Here's some log info, if anyone has any info or another post I somehow missed while searching, please let me know.

As you can see, the system knows the device is there, it just seems to have some sort of problem mounting it, any help is much appreciated.
