Suspend only works once on intrepid.

See my sig for system specs, but I can close the lid of my notebook, and it suspends to RAM...if I try to do it a second time without rebooting, it does not resume correctly. any ideas?

EDIT: it may be only if I try to move the mouse before it is 'ready'...I am testing further...

ok, after further testing, about 95% of the time on the 2nd 'resume from sleep', I never get the 'enter password' screen...if I press the power button (which is the only way I have gotten around this), I can see the background for a split second or so before II shuts down.
