Bluetooth Keyboard - No Connect at Boot

Using a Logitech Dinovo Edge with BT dongle in embedded mode. When I reboot the system it works for bios settings, but when I get KDM it does not work. If I unplug the dongle and replug, it then works fine. Something must be wrong with initialization.

Can anyone advise?

I can tell you I have similar problems, and that's in Hardy as well. Rather than unplug the dongle I turn off my keyboard and back on again (after a 5 second wait) which solves it.
