python-kde4 isn't in sync with python-qt4

The problem is described. say, here:

As a result, python-written plasmoids don't work. Can not report a bug as far as I get the message:

$ ubuntu-bug python-kde4
Could not import module, is a package upgrade in progress? Error: No module named kdecore

I think this error is related to this not-in-sync bug.

What to do?
