How can I set proxy exceptions based on ipaddress/netmask?

In Firefox I can use 192.168.0.0/24 to set a proxy exceptions for the whole internal network 192.168.0.*

However, it seems that this does not work with Konqueror, how can I set such kind of proxy exceptions in Konqueror proxy settings?

I'm using KDE3.5.10 with Kubuntu 8.04
