command for turning screen to normal display

Hallo
I had a lot pdf-files to read and tougt it would be nice to turn my monitor 90 degrees.
I knew i could do this within the systemsettings of kubuntu 8.04.
After i did this i could not launch the kde-menu anymore and the open windows are empty
So i hoped that someone know the command to put the screen back in its normal position, than i can restore my view by using the commandline.

I solved the problem
I loged in in the secure mode and could startup the systemsettings.
