newbie VNC question - Java -VNC problem on kubuntu.

Hi to all.... Im using Kubuntu 8.94 hard heron and tried to setup a Java-VNC to view my desktop from a browser window. I failed ofcourse i need you guys help...

I ve followed the instructions which are defined for ubuntu users:
    http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=107503

I ve successfully done every step but with a little difference on step 2 which is activate Remote desktop. As you all know, on ubuntu, it is System -> Preferences -> Remote Desktop. But on kubuntu there is another application. I dont remenber the name right now but there is also a remote desktop application. But it is slightly different. I guess the problem is that.

I ve entered my ip and connected to my pc from web browser. It asked my username and password. I ve entered the username and password that i ve defined in the remote desktop application, but it rejected it. I ve even tried my root password but it still doesn't accept my connection.
    Why this happens?

    Any helps are highly appreciated.

    Thanx!
