    Gtkpod doesn't work...

    hey everyone,
i am using kubuntu hardy heron, and i have installed gtkpod to put files on my ipod nano 3rd generation, but when i put pictures on, the entire screen appears black, i have also tried out gpixpod, but that doesn't work either (it says my ipod doesn't support pictures)! i can't look at the pictures and the same with the videos! can anyone give me a good video converter? i don't like iriverter, it doesn't work properly.
    please help,
    danny

Verify that you have also installed the package libgpod.
