D-Link usb hub is not working after .21 kernel update

My D-Link DUB-H7 usb 2.0 hub is not working after the .21 kernel update. If boot up in the .19 kernel the hub is working. As a temporary fix for now I am starting up under the .19 kernel. Is there anything that I can do to fix this problem?

I am using the 2.6.24-21 kernel which was updated through adept a few days ago.
