To install/add VirtualBox 2.02 to Kubuntu (so Kubuntu OS can be the host), do you add the following line (according to the Kubuntu distribution) to the /etc/apt/sources.list:
deb http://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/debian hardy non-free
** OR **
Can you just download the Ubuntu VirtualBox 2.0.2 package?:
Ubuntu 8.04 ("Hardy Heron") i386 | AMD64
URL: http://dlc.sun.com/virtualbox/vboxdownload.html#source
http://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Linux_Downloads
Which method is better or do you obtain the same thing either way?
I'm just curious...
I checked Synaptic to see which package is available in the current/default repository and it's VirtualBox version 1.5.
Final question here: if I wanted a list of all possible repositories I could add to my /etc/apt/sources.list, where can I find that?
