Firefox lines

I installed Firefox 3 a while ago and I'm not sure if older versions have this but this is only in Kubuntu. I have jagged lines at the top below the tabs.

It's just strange and I was wondering if anyone else knows of this or has this on their Firefox browser. It's not causing problems but it looks bad compared to other distros I've tried. I just don't know why it's there.

I noticed the same thing right after installing Intrepid Ibex, and followed kreggz's advice. After installing https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/4517, all tab artifacts were gone.
