Apple Update and Safari under WINE won't uninstall

I'm using Hardy and can't uninstall Safari or Apple Update software from WINE. After going through its routine, it says "successfully installed" not matter what option I choose, uninstall, install or repair. Any ideas why this is?

Do you use the wine uninstaller, or the uninstall icon that came with the software? because if wine uninstalls it, then it is uninstalled, but I have not been able to figure out how to remove the icons from the k menu, but I also haven't looked...

Thanks. I did use "Uninstall Wine Software" from the K menu. It shows the progress and completion of some sort of process that it describes as installing. Nothing seems to change as a result though.
