    Dumping Pulseaudio

Hey guys, just before I charge in and start destroying Pulseaudio, is there a proper way to remove it safely and revert back to ALSA? Or just a simple sudo aptitude purge pulseaudio ?

It's really giving me the willies >>

    Maybe > removing pulseaudio
PulseAudio doesn't remove ALSA. It just sits on top of ALSA and talks to it..
...I just went to Synaptic, searched for pulseaudio, and un-installed everything it found.

Hmm, lucky one of us has a sharp eye :P

I honestly didn't see anything on their forums relating to the removal >>

      Ahh well, thanks for that
