I'm sure this is an easy fix, but i'm stumped. I restart my KDE 4.0 and my KDE taskbar went away.... i managed to get the taskbar from Ubuntu, but where did my Kubuntu panel go?

KDE 4.0? As in HH 8.04 remix LiveCD? What does Help > About KDE (Konqueror menu bar) show?
Does Ctrl+Alt+BkSp (restarting KDE) bring the panel back? You might want to review [Solved] KDE4 - How do I get the panel back?Windows no longer obstructs my view.
