Hardy 4.1 Login screen pans around...

Does anyone else have a problem with the login screen panning around with mouse movement to the edges of the screen in 4.1 final on hardy? I think it was a problem on the RC as well...

Not here. HH w/KDE 4.1 (real 4.1) and my login screen behaves as it should.
Windows no longer obstructs my view.
Using Kubuntu Linux since March 23, 2007.

I had similar problem once. I'm using both KDE 3.5.9 and 4.1 but I prefer KDM3 as login manager. My login screen was panning around like yours. I my case it turned out it was xorg related problem. My LCD supports 1024x786 only but I had virtual desktop size set for 1280X1024 (apparently by default during system installation). Check out your xorg.conf for "Virtual" keyword.

My 19-inch 4:3 LCD is 1280x1024 native, but yeah xorg.conf is probably a good place to start looking... thanks.
