Ok, this is a weird one. I'm finding that some online flash games are unplayable due to the keyboard not working correctly. Considering I now have two computers, one laptop and one desktop with Kubuntu 8.04 32bit KDE 3.5.9, I thought they would both be pretty much similar. However the laptop seems to have this problem with the keyboard not working, but my desktop at home is fine. Using the mouse however is perfectly fine. Examples of this are:

http://www.adultswim.com/games/fiveMinutes/ Arrow keys are fine, but M doesn't work for the map and once you end up in dialogue, nothing works.
Tried checking several other forums but either there is nothing, or if there is it's incredibly old and no one responded to it, or had just saying they had similar problems.
I'm using Firefox 3, was using Flash 9, but tried Flash 10 beta to see if there was any change but it's not helped.
