Is there software in the Ubuntu/Kubuntu repositories that allows for copying of a CD/DVD image to multiple burners at the same time?

There is no need for such thing.
Linux is multi thead, so what about opening your burner program more than once?
Each one can burn a different media in a different drive... all at the same time
