Problems with Kubuntu KDE4

Tried Kubuntu KDE4 Remix today and updated it to Kubuntu KDE4.1 Beta
I like it,but I have a few headaches with it

1.I cannot enter Appearance in System Settings anymore.Starting systemsettings from terminal and then entering in Appearance spits out this:

2.I see no "Folder View" Plasmoid in my "Add Plasmoid" Dialog

Can somebody help me?(yes,i installed all the packages i could find after searching in adept for "plasmoid")

For #2, I think you need the kdebase-plasma-kde4 package. That has the latest 4.1 applets.

Also have a look in adept or synaptic if
kde-guidance
and
guidance-backend
are installed.
