I haven't had Kubuntu for long, but I've been getting this extremely frustrating error when doing most normal things, hell I even get it when I'm not doing anything at all;
KLauncher could not be reached via D-Bus, error when calling start_service_by_desktop_path:
empty
It just pops up as a little box on my screen, most commonly when editing text files (in different text editors).
Does anyone know a fix apart from what's been highlighted here; https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+s...e4/+bug/204728
I've already done what it says there (going to the Kate plain text file association and changing the %U to %u, and then changed the Register DBus setting to 'none') but it hasn't worked for me, surely other people must be getting this problem...
