Some of the plasmoids are only for the KDE 4.0

kde 4.1

any chance for a 4.1-compatible version? It fails when compiling:...
I tried to compile:
...plasma-netgraph-0.2/applet/netgraph.hpp:33:38: error: plasma/layouts/boxlayout.h: No such file or directory...
There has been changes in the plasma libraries...
Package: libplasma-dev (4:4.0.3-0ubuntu2) has
/usr/lib/kde4/include/plasma/layouts/boxlayout.h BUT
Package: libplasma-dev (4:4.0.83-0ubuntu5) don't have it.
The package name for applets also changed in 4.1. When I upgraded, I lost almost all the plasma applets in my list, but when I added the new 4.1 package of applets everything returned (and more). Unfortunately I'm not at my kubuntu computer to give you the exact name of the package.

I think that I must remove the old plasmoids and reinstall it.
I had the folderview widget on my desktop when i have beta 1 of kde 4 on my system, when i upgraded to beta 2 it broke it. And i've reinstalled the plasma package and everything else, but i no longer have that widget. when my desktop loads now it loads with an "unknown applet" and no matter how many times i remove it, when i log in it's always there. i guess thats what i get for using a beta.
just open adept and search for plasma, it should pull up plasma and plasma-extragear i would purge both and then do a fresh install
But you don't reinstall the extragear package. The new applets are in a new package, including folderview. When I upgraded I also lost folderview....but when I uninstalled extragear and reinstalled the new package (sorry again, I can't check the name at the moment) the new and improved folderview came back, etc.
