    Copying CD's with one burner

Is there any easy way to do this in K3b?
I know how to make an image and the using this image to make an copy, but is there no automatic way of doing it? You know like in Nero, where it automaticly makes a temporary image of CD and burns it on CD without you doing anything else then just changing original CD with blank one.
    Please help.

Well yes but to start copying you have to insert blank CD, but I have only so I cant put blank CD anywhere.
And I cant copy without blank CD in a burner.

You obviously didn't read my first post

Anyway anyone that know how to make this work??

        ?

I don't know nero, but it goes without saying that you insert the original, click on copy, wait til k3b spits it out, insert a blank and wait again til that is burned. No clicking in the meantime, no directory you have to put the iso in, nothing...

But I dare say you have found that.

So, if we still haven't understood what you are on about perhaps you could rephrase the question...

I don't know what version of kb3 you have but mine does this:

          1. put cd in you want to copy, select copy cd
          2. when kb3 as made a temp copy it asks you to put a blank cd in and burns your copy

I finally found this option. The strange thing is that when I put my CD in I get a window with options and one of option is also copy CD, but it dosen't work. That's why I had so much difficulties. I thought that clikcing on copy CD in K3b will do the same thing.

The strange thing that I noticed that after I eject CD out of burner my burner dosen't "work" any more it's completely unmounted.
Anyone knows how to prevent this from happening?

when the options screen appears after you have put a cd/dvd into your drive, there is a little tick box that says something like 'do this action from now on..' just tick that box and select 'do nothing'.
