Problem viewing web pages which contain flash

I have a problem viewing web pages which contain flash banners/videos. And that's not depending on the browser. It's almost the same using firefox 3.0, opera 9.50 and Konqueror. I tried the flashplugin-nonfree packet and installing latest version downloaded from adobe site but the result is the same. CPU usage over 30-50% when viewing only one flash video. I use Kubuntu 8.04.
Here are some screenshots showing cpu usage when i'm watching flash video + one site which contains flash ads in the background:
    Opera 9.50: http://img61.imageshack.us/img61/415/snapshot5uf7.png
    FireFox 3.0: http://img61.imageshack.us/img61/9839/snapshot6ws0.png

It's "normal" behaviour, the flash plugin is a resource hog.

1.) stop/remove the other kde sessions
2.) ur music playing add about 7% + to the cpu % and so does other programs.
3.) remove un-needed startup service, by default the cron job, etc.. updates updatedb at times, etc..

when was the last time and what version of the adobe flash player did you download from adobe?
