Open files with Dolphin, not Konqueror

I use kde 4.1 beta. One annoyance that I'm hoping can be fixed is that whenever I click on the Trash can or a Folder on my desktop Konqueror is launched rather than Dolphin. Not only that, but I always get an error dialog which says "Malformed URL". I can live with the error, since I don't use Konqueror very often...but I would like Dolphin to be the default program when the file system needs to be accessed.

This should work on your system - What I did

Since I had desktop folders on the desktop. I right clicked a folder - Properties - under general tab I went to the 'little wrench' and edited file type. Under "application preference order" click on Dolphin and ' move up'

Back out and your done.

Thanks, it worked for the folders...didn't work for the trashcan applet. But that still helps quite a bit. Thanks. :-)
