I can't figure out why Konqueror unable to access the internet, I check all setting but don't see anything prevent it to do so, other browsers work fine.

I know. i installed KDE4 yesterday. and i can't access the internet through Konqueror for KDE4. But The KDE 3.5.9 work fine
I am running behind a proxy. but even after all the settings on Konqueror (KDE4 version)
Nothing happens..Please tell me if u figure something out.
