Firefox and open with "application"

Hi all,

Can someone tell me how to get firefox to use the standard Kubuntu apps when you get the open with option?
I have tried a few times and decided to download everything and then to open it, wich is quite anoying.

The only thing that I have figured out in the past is to use "Open with" and choose the desired program from /usr/bin/ and then check off "Do this automatically for files like this from now on" - its kinda hit and miss.
Sorry I don't have a better solution.
