A problem with VMWare 6.0.3.80004

Hi people! I'm new to the linux world so i cant migrate from windows to linux so fast. Bacause of this, i am trying to instal the VMWare 6.0.3.80004 on my Kubuntu 8.04. The fact is during the process - to create a vmmon module - , emerges 2 error messages, take a look:

What is the location of the directory of C header files that match your running
kernel? [/lib/modules/2.6.24-16-generic/build/include]
