[SOLVED] KColorPicker missing from the Panel Applets

I asked this in a wrong forum before, and I remember Snowhog trying to help me out. I somehow didn't follow through there, so let me revive the topic here in the correct forum.

KDE Panel Applets (such as Clock and System Guard) should include the applet named "Color Picker." It lets you click anywhere on the desktop and saves the color of the spot that's clicked. It is a very handy tool, and I depend a lot on it.

For some reason, KDE 3.5.9 with Kubuntu does not include the applet. I wonder if there's a specific KDE package that I need to install, or is "Color Picker" somehow omitted from the Kubuntu packages? Any help would be appreciated.
