which softwares are "most have" after installing KDE 4.0.4 on Ubuntu Hardy?

Can some one let me know which set of software are good for KDE 4.0.4 after installation on Ubuntu 8.04?
for example effects, themes, mediaplayer (I have amarok and smplayer in Gnome)....
Also please let me know repositories which I should add to install them.

I would add medibuntu ( details on http://www.medibuntu.org/ )

Amarok was originally AmaroK (capitol K as it started as a KDE app) so will work on KDE, Kaffeine is excellent video app, works a treat with TV cards as well.

As for other stuff, poke about the repo's install stuff, try it out, don't like it, remove it, like it, tell others as no-one can know what gems are hiding when you have about 25K packages to choose from.
