Changing Plasma theme

I have installed some plasma themes from launchpad repo, but I don't know how to change the theme.
I tried system settings -> look -> theme manager but it doesn't work. Is there any GUI way to do this?

I'm not sure if this works with the KDE 4.0.X, but with the KDE 4.1-alpha: Right click desktop > Desktop Settings > Desktop Theme...

Go to : ~/.kde4/share/apps make a map desktoptheme copy/extract the plasma theme in that map then go to ~/.kde4/share/config and open plasmarc change

name=default

to

[Theme]
name=nameoftheme

logout and login then new theme will be in use.
