KDE Panel appears on second XScreen (Don't want !)

NVidia 7200GS with binary drivers from apt
KDE 3.5.9

X is configured for 2 XScreens (not Twinview) with the second screen being on a TVOut. I run MythTV on this screen. Xinerama is *not* enabled.

Oddly the KDE Panel appears on the second screen as well and sometimes appears above MythTV and steals the focus.

In Panel options the Xinerama Setting is set to screen 1

Is there some way I can disable the second screens KDE Panel?

I have about the same setup. I think it's default that you get a panel on the second x screen. Myself I like this. You could set that panel to auto-hide if you don't like it, maybe that will also stop it from stealing focus.
