try starting it up in terminal and post the output if any ie: any error messages.
Error opening config file: /etc/sensors.conf
Use -c option to specify location of lm_sensors configuration file.
Found for some reason unknown to me sensors.conf had been named sensors3.conf.
Renaming it to sensors.conf fixed it and xsensors running just fine.
