    No Cube In Hardy 8.04!

    I followed the following HowTo:

    http://forlong.blogage.de/article/20...piz-Fusion-074

and I still can't get the Compiz Cube working even after following it to the letter. I get all four desktops and can scroll between them using the mouse scroll but no Cube. I have the compizconfig-settings-manager loaded and can adjust other effects such as how windows open, close, minimize and such but for the life of me I can't get the cube running. This is the second attempt with Compiz. I tried once before in Gutsy and gave up there. A nice HowTo on this forum for Kubuntu 8.04 users would be a nice touch. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

This is not as elaborate in the settings as the mentioned on the website I mentioned. Also, I have those settings made already. Still no cube caps or cube.
