I know some people don't like KDE4 but I love it. Problem is that it requires frequent restarts to correct a problem I have been having even back to the RC version.
Sometimes when I click on a multimedia link in Firefox, and it brings up MPlayer, 80% of the screen from the top down will go very dark, the video will not be displayed, but acts like it is playing, and when you click on a new application, it will only be displayed in the 20% good zone near the bottom.
This occurred a little differently with the RC version of 8.04, but hitting the back button on Firefox would return it to normal. With the release version, that does not work which requires a restart of KDE.
Anyone experiencing this issue?
