When I try to print 4 pages for sheet, the pages are not in order.
It print in this mode.

I'd like to have this order
1 2
3 4
or
1 3
2 4
How to do it. I tried also pdf printer but the order is wrong.

What printer (name/model/etc.) and what software (i.e., HPLIP)? Some printers and drivers have the means to adjust print order.The next brick house on the left
