Thunderbird message invisible

I got this problem recently don't know if this is native to Kubuntu. Some times the message text does not show up on the message pane, I've to reply the mail to see it, it contains plain text only.

Th8is happened to me once. turned out I had the font color and background color set to the same color.

Not that simply unfortunately, how come I can reply to see the text ?? and btw yes font color will cause problem, but I wonder why not all the build in theme can handle that properly, I like to used deep colored theme, but none of them can show text properly !!
