Some bugs/problems on a new install of Kubuntu 8.04

I just installed Kubuntu 8.04 and noticed the following not-fatal, but annoying, issues:

    1) During installation, if you set the timezone to CEST, it insists on adjusting the hardware clock two hours forwards, and you have to manually set it back.

    2) When launching Date & Time settings from System Settings, there is no Apply button, but there is when launched from the Tray. Additionally, Administrator Mode is randomly not working.

    3) Firefox does not remember windows layout when Main Panel is not hidden. (And in the KDE 4 Remix it seems impossible to hide it.)

    4) There are lots of broken links in the documentation, most importantly the link from the Konqueror front page.

    5) QTParted won't launch from the menu, but will from the command line.

    6) Split screen in Dolphin screws up the layout.

    7) When enabling Zeroconf, it says "command not found", in regards to "enable_avahi".
