I have a little problem with my new installation of compiz under kubuntu 8.04

It seems that an internal 2d square is present on the screen.
I have a dell latitude D520 with an Intel Mobile 945GM.
I also have an external LCD monitor with a resolution of 1280x1024 (while laptop lcd have a maximum of 1024x768)
Probably it is a graphic card problem, someone have a solution?!?
