KDE traybar icons problem.

Another thing I've noticed in Kubuntu Hardy, is that a ton of software (like emesene,skype-linux native version- and Xchat) do not display correctly on the tray bar, I don't know if I chose the right words for this, so I took a screenshot that I attach herby.
Any way to correct those errors?

you have icons I cant get, i.e. quick launch & trashcan

That's offtopic, either way, you can add it yourself with right click on the panel...
