During install/reisntall maybe also when I remove a package using adept_manager the panel disappears after that appears. Is it normal ?

I don't think I understand your question well, which panel disappears?

Do you have the KBFX menu on your Kicker panel? The latest version causes Kicker to reload whenever you install/reinstall/remove software. That feature aggravated me, so I abandoned KBFX a long time ago.

If you don't have KBFX installed, what applications are you installing/reinstalling?

The next version of KBFX is supposed to fix the problem, but I haven't heard anything about it for a while now...

I can't remember exactly where it is, but there's a setting in the KBFX configuration window that allows you to disable the "Kicker reload" feature; if you turn it off, though, you'll have to log out and back in before any changes will be made to the menu (such as new/deleted software).
