closing Xine causes desktop freeze, Xorg crash?

I've been running the Hardy Heron for a few weeks now and pretty much since day 1, sometimes when I close Xine after playing an MP3, my desktop will freeze up. No response from the keyboard/mouse, nothing. If I didn't know about Alt-SysRq-k, I would have to press the reset button but Alt-SysRq-k at least brings me back to the login screen without a reboot (I think it just kills Xorg).

So Xorg is freezing up/crashing, not 100% of the time but often enough, when closing out Xine.

Has anyone else experienced this or am I the only one?

I guess I'm the only one based on the replies.

For the past few days, it has not happened. Must be just 'growing pains' that have now been cleared up (I update daily).
