Thanks I read the post but I'm not sure what to do because I should create a link

sudo ln -s /usr/bin/kdesu.distrib /usr/local/bin/kdesu

But I have both kde3 and kde4. Kde3 don't have problems so I don't know if I do that it modify something on kde3.

The simlink will not "modify" anything -- it will simply add the link as shown in the command. If it causes any problem, then you can simply remove the link and everything will be the same as now.
