I don't see how to set it up so that it will call up something to play audio stream, the build in help is outdated, there is not such thing 'manage' in the 'content' menu.

I think I'm having a similar problem. When I try to download .torrent files I get the following message:
"{torrent name} could not be opened, because the associated helper application does not exist. Change the association in your preferences."
When I go to Edit --> Preferences --> Applications though, none of the buttons work. I have a large empty box, and the headers "Content type" and "Action" are both click-able, but neither do anything.
I know it can't be using the system settings, because it's set to open them with KTorrent and loads just fine if I select the file from Dolphin.
How can I get the Applications tab of FireFox to work properly?
